While certain remote locations may have restrictions, most regions across the USA, Canada, and Mexico are fully supported. Simply place your order and our team ensures a smooth, secure delivery right to your door.

Pre-Delivery Preparation

Before shipping, every piece of equipment or vehicle undergoes a thorough inspection and preparation process. Whether it’s construction machinery, a family RV, or a passenger vehicle, our team ensures each unit is cleaned, checked, and fully ready for transport, guaranteeing it arrives in excellent operational condition.

Delivery & Handover

On delivery day, your handover specialist will notify you 15 minutes before arrival, guide you through key features, review documentation, and complete the handoff—all within your scheduled two-hour delivery window. This applies to all vehicles and equipment, from loaders and tractors to RVs and cars.

Return Policy

Leavitt Farms Equipment confirms that the following units—covering equipment, RVs, and select vehicles—qualify for the 30-Day / 200 Hours Return Policy when they meet the criteria below:

Refund equals 100% of the purchase price; fees such as buyer fees, payment processing, taxes, and reconditioning are not reimbursable.
The refundable purchase price must not exceed 104% of the Wholesale National Average for the unit’s hours or mileage at the date of purchase.
Policy applies to eligible buyers in the USA, Canada, or Mexico purchasing units located within the USA.

Eligible Categories Include:

Used construction and agricultural equipment;
Commercial and off-road vehicles;
RVs, trailers, and towing units;
Cars, SUVs, and light trucks meeting policy conditions;
Units priced above $1,000 and free from structural damage.

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: Applies to used equipment and vehicles purchased online and delivered through our shipping service. Items must be returned in original condition with no modifications.
Timeframe: The 30-day return period begins upon delivery.
Usage Limit: Up to 200 machine hours or an equivalent usage threshold for applicable vehicles.
Return Process: Contact our sales team within 30 days to begin the return.
Return Shipping: We coordinate and cover return shipping through approved carriers.
Inspection: All returned units are inspected; damage or modifications may result in restocking fees.
Refund: Issued to the original payment method once conditions are met.
Restocking Fees: Up to 20% if the unit is not in original condition.
Exclusions: Not applicable to new equipment or vehicles, or items inspected onsite prior to purchase.
